The Balmes apartment is a modern two bedroom apartment. The interior has been newly renovated in a stylish and comfortable manner maintaining the original tile flooring and high ceilings which are typical of apartments in this area...

The spacious living room/dining room has large windows providing a lot of natural light. There is a comfortable sofa which doubles as a single sofa bed for an additional guest.

In the largest of the bedrooms there are two comfortable double beds, and the other bedroom has another double bed...each bed comes made up with fresh linens.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons necessary to enjoy your stay in Barcelona including washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, microwave, etc...

The bathroom comes complete with bath/shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin and has fresh towels ready for use on your arrival...
