Apartment near the Fira Building and Plaza España.
This lovely studio apartment is a great choice for your visit to Barcelona! it is located near the business area of Barcelona with Montjuic and the Fira conference centre a 10 minute walk away.
The area surrounding the apartment:
The Caprice apartment is located near Sants train station and not far from Montjuic. It's location makes a great base from which to explore the wonderful sights and shopping of Barcelona.
Close to the Caprice apartment is the convention centre of Fira de Montjuïc and Plaza de España. From here you are just at the feet of the Montjuïc mountain where various sightseeing attractions are located, like Poble Espanyol, the Olympic stadium and swimming pools. There is also the National Museum of Catalunya where on weekend nights the guest can watch the famous fountains work!!
The guest staying at the Caprice apartment can access the city centre via metro which can be found 2 minutes walking from the building where the apartment is located. The metro will take you downtown in a matter of minutes so you can explore the Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, El Borne and so on.
The Apartment:
The Caprice apartment has been recently renovated, the result being a very modern and stylish studio apartment.
The living area - which has a double sofa bed, can be separated from the bedroom by a pull down blind to afford the guests some privacy.
The bedroom area has a large double bed which can be made into two single beds on request...
The modern kitchen has been fully equipped with all the mod cons that you could possible need when you are not enjoying the cuisine in some of Barcelona's great restaurants.
The apartment also has a very stylish glass enclosed bathroom which is a really great feature of the apartment.
There is also a large terrace area, accessed directly from the living area, with table and chairs from which to enjoy the sun or a nice bottle of wine after a hard days sightseeing. A lovely characteristic of this apartment is the restored factory chimney which was maintained during the building renovations - this is very visible from the terrace...
