Situated on Paseo de Colon, with views of the Port Vell, the location of this apartment is ideal. Right on the edge of the Gothic Quarter, which really is the true heart of Barcelona, all the places of interest are within easy walking distance such as the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, Port Vell and the very trendy El Borne, which is full of great cafes, bars and restaurants.
The Gothic area is a maze of interconnecting dark, cobbled stone streets where you will find plenty of cafés and bars.
From the apartment, guests can look upon a great view of Port Vell. You are also just a few blocks from the amazing gothic church of Santa Maria del Mar, where one can continue on to the Picasso Museum and the Cathedral.
The Apartment;
The Port Vell II aparmtent is located on the second floor, a real fourth floor, and comes WITH an elevator (buggy and wheelchair friendly) to take the guest to their apartment...it has plenty of natural light as the lovely windows in the living room, with a small balcony, allow lots of light to pour in as well as giving the guest an amazing view of the lovley old Port Vell!!! The living room of this great apartment has a comfortable sofa and great TV, DVD so the guest can sit back and relax after a hard day of sightseeing or shopping!!!
This apartment comes with two bedrooms; the main bedroom comes with a double bed and wardrobe space. The second bedroom comes with two single beds.....
Both bathrooms come with a shower, toilet, sink, etc and with fresh towels ready for use upon arrival...
The kitchen is on a par with the rest of the apartment and comes equipped with all the mod cons necessary to ensure a hassle free stay... the guest can avail of the kitchen table and chairs should they wish to prepare a meal while staying in the Port Vell II apartment...
The Port Vell II apartment has double glazing to ensure those holiday sleep-ins ...
