The Area surrounding the Apartment;

The Orozco II apartment is located not far from the old city in Barcelona "Ciutat Vella", in what would be considered a more residential area but still within easy access of all areas of interest, like the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, El Borne and nearest of all, Paseo de Gracia. Not far from the apartment are Plaza de Tetuan and at about a 10 min walk will bring the guest to the imposing modernist Arc de Triomf with its unusual Islamic-style brickwork. The apartment offers a quiet reprive from the bustling and very busy Las Ramblas but is close enough for guests to walk the 15 minutes or so to where the action is.

There is a superb food and produce market called La Boqueria on La Rambla and a block away from this market begins the fantastic Gothic Quarters and from there the guest can make their way to El Borne and other parts of town...

The Apartment;

This great apartment is located on the fourth floor of it's building which also comes with elevator..

As the photos above show, this apartment is extremely modern; the Orozco II has been refurbished to the highest standards...

The master bedroom comes with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe space for the guests belongings and enjoys the comfort of having an en-suite bathroom...... the second, third and fourth bedrooms all come with two single beds, all with different touches of colour and simple and elegant in style.....

There are three great bathrooms in this apartment; as mentioned one of them is en-suite to the main bedroom and comes with bath/shower unit, WC, sink, bidet, etc; the other two bathrooms are independant and one of these also comes with a bath/shower unit, while the other has a shower unit only, along with WC, sink, etc... all of the bathrooms come with fresh towels ready for use upon arrival...

The kitchen is modern and comes equipped with all the mod cons to ensure that the guest can prepare meals shoudl they wish to... the guests can sit in the kitchen itself or can make use of the lovely dining table and chairs in the living room... the living room of this lovely apartment is a great place to sit back in and relax before heading out to see what this great city has to offer or for simply chilling out after a hard day of shightseeing or shopping....

The apartment comes with AC and heat, to ensure the guest is comfortable all year around;

There is a metro stop within easy walking distance from this apartment; the metro stop is called Girona and is on the yellow line... this will take you in one or two stops to the centre and for sights further afield the guest can easily make their way to Plaza Cataluña and from there to Park Guell, Sagrada Familia, etc....
