Teatre Poliorama Barcelona
The Poliorama Theatre is one of the oldest theatres in Barcelona, and many famous names in the history of the theatre, music, and national and international dance have crossed its threshold. The Poliorama Theatre is located on the ground floor of the Barcelona Reial Acadèmia de Ciències i Arts (Royal Academy of Arts and Science of Barcelona) in La Rambla, number 115. The building was designed by Josep Domènech i Estapà and opened in 1894. On the ground floor there is a theatre room for performances and the proceedings go to covering the building expenses.
