The area surrounding the apartment:

Crossing the wooden boardwalk to the beach you will find restaurants and cafes spread on the sidewalks and plazas leading to the marina at the end of the beach. You are located on the seafront of the Praia da Rocha, in a district of Portimão, a commercially and culturaly dynamic city. Everything is within easy reach by public transport and for all you merrymakers, Portimão is also a hive of nightlife in the Algarve.

The apartment:

The Praia da Rocha apartment is located on the 8th floor of a modern building with all modern amenities : shops, garage and elevators. Directly on the seafront, it benefits from a dramatic southern exposure.

The position at the top of a building gives the advantage of having a large balcony overlooking the entire beach and avoiding any noise from the busy street below. Here you can have your meals outside in the wicker chairs around a round table with the sea in front of you. From the large living room, you’ll never get tired of admiring the breathtaking views from the large windows. Comfortable and refined, the living room features a large TV with satellite channels, comfortable sofas, armchairs and a large dining room that can accommodate the whole family. The kitchen with all appliances is spacious and bright for those who are tempted to cook rather than going down to one of the restaurants at the foot of the building.
The apartment features two bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath. Each bedroom comes with a double bed to easily accommodate a group of four people. In one of the bedrooms, there is another complete bathroom with walk-in shower.

For winter, the lounge and other rooms have individual heaters.
