Die Wohnung Aqua ist luxuriös und modern ausgestattet, mit Pool, und ist nur wenige Minuten von der “Stadt der Künste und der Wissenschaften” entfernt.
Diese schöne, geräumige und moderne Wohnung. Sie verfügt über eine Schwimmbad-Anlage und ist gleich in der Nähe von der ‘Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias’ sowie der neuen Stadrennstrecke der Formel 1.
Die Umgebung der Wohnung;
Die Aqua Wohnung ist nah am grössten Park in Valencia, namens Antiguo Cauce del Río Turia (die Gartenanlage sind im ehemalige Flussbett des Turia) und in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Modeviertel Cánovas. Dieses Viertel zeichnet sich durch ein einzigartiges und belebtes Ambiente aus. Sie haben hier eine hervorragende Auswahl um auszugehen. Viele Baren, Cafes und gute Restaurants sowie eine Vielzahl an exkusive Boutiques zum luxuriösen Shopping. Eine schöne Lage mit prächtigen modernisten Gebäuden vom Ende des 19.Jahrhunderts auf nur wenige Gehminuten vom historischen Herzen der modernen Stadt Valencia.
Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten vom einzigen städtischen Einkaufscenter entfernt. Sie finden hier eine grosszügigen Auswahl an Kinos, Restaurante sowie trendigen Kleiderläden. Die grösste kommerzielle Kette von Spanien hat ein grosses Einkaufscenter mit Supermarkt gleich in der Ecke zur Wohnung aufgestellt.
Der hafen und der Strand sind in nur 5-10 Minuten in Taxi zu erreichen sowie das historische Zentrum der Stadt El Carmen.
Die Wohnung;
Die Wohnung Aqua befindet sich auf der 7. Etage mit Lift, und verfuegt ueber einen Parkplatz und Pool. Die Wohnung kann bequem 4 Personen beherbergen.
Beim Hereinkommen, auf der linken Seite, befindet sich das geräumige und sehr helle Wohnzimmer mit Holzboden. Es verfügt über einen modernen Glastisch mit Platz für alle Gäste. Ausserdem fuehrt es zu einem Balkon, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ...
Die Küche befindet sich daneben, mit allem Zubehör das man zum Kochen benötigt, sowie einem Tisch und zwei Stühlen. Ein Bereich mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ist ebenfalls hier zu finden.
Ein vollständiges Bad mit Dusche befindet sich neben dem ersten Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten.
Das Haupt-Schlafzimmer ist eine Suite mit zwei Waschbecken und Badewanne, hat einen kleinen Flur, ein großes Doppelbett und eine separate Garderobe durch eine Tür. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt auch über einen großen Balkon mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen, wo man ausgezeichnet das suedlaendische Klima dieser modernen Stadt geniessen kann.
Die Wohnung Aqua hat alles was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Aufenthalt angenehm und entspannt zu gestalten, Plasma TV, DVD, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Saftpresse, Fön, etc.. So wie eine Klimaanlage für die Sommermonate und Heizkörper im Winter.

The Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (Spanish) or City of Arts and Sciences is an ensemble of five areas in the dry river bed of the now diverted River Turia.
Designed by Valencian architect Santiago Calatrava in collaboration with Félix Candela. it is an impressive example of contemporary architecture.

L'Oceanogràfic — Open-air oceanographic park
L'Oceanogràfic is the largest complex of its type in all of Europe and has 45,000 animals of 500 different species including fish, mammals, birds, reptiles and invertebrates — amongst these are sharks, penguins, dolphins, sea lions, walruses, beluga whales, and more — all inhabiting nine underwater towers. Each tower is structured in two levels and represents the major ecosystems of the planet.
The park is divided into ten areas. The marine areas reflect the Mediterranean habitats, the polar oceans — the Arctic, the islands, the tropical seas, the temperate seas and the Red Sea. The park also includes a dolphinarium. The sea water is pumped from the Playa de la Malvarrosa having passed all of the necessary requirements for quality.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado, muy bien situado, muy limpio. Se agradece por ejemplo que haya pequeñas cosas que te hacen la vida más fácil como azucar, aceite, sal, etc... El trato de nuesto contacto (Alessandro) inmejorable.

I really enjoyed the apartment. I thought the location was excellent. I really really like the fact that it had 2 bathrooms. It was a real convenience when people came to visit me. I know it is weird but trust me it was a God sent. I also liked the fact it had a washing machine so I could do my laundry at my leisure. I also liked that it had balconies to relax on after a long day. Over all, if I ever come back to Valencia, I would rent that apartment again or at least, definitely, use Friendly Rental again for next apartment rental. Thank you Friendly Rental!

The apartment was immaculately presented, very well equipped, exactly as described and every bit as good as it had looked in the photographs. The location of the apartment was really convenient for the beach, the Oceanographic, the Old Town and the Shopping Centre. Having underground parking made life really easy. Roxy looked after us really well and was most helpful. Would definitely return!

We liked the decor, Ivana was very nice and helpful. Location was good. Gentleman on phone when i called was very helpful when the taxi from the airport dropped us off at the Aqua hotel as did not know where the apartment was .. overall it was a great apt.
