Diese grosszügige und moderne Wohnung mit viel Licht ist ganz in der Nähe dem Hafen wo letztes Jahf der America’s Cup stattfand und nur 10 Minuten vom besten Strand Valencias entfernt.
Die Umbegung der Wohnung;
Die Berstein Wohnung ist auf weniger al 5 Minuten vom Hafen und auf ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuss von Las Arenas, das beste Strand Valencias entfernt. Auf 5 bis 10 Minuten nimmt man die gleiche Linie zum Strand oder zum Zentrum (10-15 Minuten) sowie die direkte Linie zum Flughafen Valencias (30-40 Minuten).
Die Stadt der Künste und Wissenschaften (La Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias) ist in 10-15 Minuten im Taxi oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar.
Die Wohung ist in einer luxuriöse Lage wo man alles findet was man braucht um eine angenehme Zeit in Valencia zu verbringen.

Die Berstein Wohnung ist auf 3. Stock mit Lift und bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 6 Personen.
Diese geräumige, moderne und helle Wohnung macht dass ihr Aufenthalt in Valencia angenehm und erholsam ist. Sie können sich vergnügen an den herrlichen Temperaturen Valencias am Strand oder in der Stadt alle kulturellen Aktivitäten entdecken.
Beim Eintreten trifft man auf der linken Seite die Küche, komplett ausgestattet, alle moderne Geräte und alle Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden, damit man ein selbstgekochten Essen nach Wunsch vorbereiten kann. Es gibt auch ein Wäschezimmer.
Im Wohn-Esszimmer steht ein Tisch mit Stühlen mit Platz für 6 Personen, und ein Klavier! Diese geräumige Stube hat 2 bequemen sofas um sich auszuruhen nach einem Einkaufsbummel oder Sightseeing Tag in Valencia, verfügt über TV mit DVD-Spieler und Hi-Fi Anlage. Es gibt auch einen Balkon.
Durch eine Tür abgetrennt befinden sich die 3 Schlafzimmer. Das erste hat 2 Einzelbetten, das zweite hat eine Schlafcouch für 2 Personen und das dritte Schlafzimmerhat ein grosses Doppelbett ist mit en-suite Badezimmer (wie man auf den Fotos sehen kann). Es gibt grosse Kleiderschränke und genügend Platz um Ihre Reiseutensilien zu versorgen.
Die zwei Badezimmer sind komplett ausgestattet mit Badewanne und Dusche. Es gibt selbstverständlich saubere Badetücher sowie Bettwäsche für den Gebrauch.
Aus welchem Grund wie Sie auch Valencia besuchen, für den Strand oder Kultur, diese grosszugige Wohnung ist einfach eine perfekte Wah für Ihren Besuch. Sie werden Sie sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühlen.

To the north of the Port lie Valencia city’s beaches, Las Arenas, La Malvarossa and La Patacona. Once a traditional fishing area, these wide beaches with fine golden sand, have been over-taken by Valencia’s inhabitants, who come to enjoy the sun and relax. Flanked by a wide promenade, it’s the perfect place to ride a bike, go jogging, play beach volleyball or just take a stroll. Here you will find many restaurants to try the original Valencian Paella or enjoy a drink and some tapas. In the summer the port and the beach offer great nightlife with open air discotheques and bars.
The port of Valencia is located in the east of the city. It is one of the most important ports in Spain and the tenth most important in Europe. It handles 20% of Spanish export, the main exports being food and drink (the Valencian region is famous for its oranges), furniture, ceramic tiles, fans, textiles and iron products. Beside the Industrial Port, is the Valencia Super yacht Marina, the Marina Real Juan Carlos I, and the Port of the America’s Cup. Following the announcement that the 32nd America's Cup would be held in Valencia in 2007, the port underwent radical changes and renovation. It was divided into two parts, one part remaining unchanged while the other section would be used exclusively for the America's Cup festivities. The two sections are now divided by a wall that goes deep into the water. The Formula 1 Grand Prix also took place in the port of the America’s Cup and will be repeated there every summer for the next six years.

la posizione dell'appartamento è ottima. la spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi in 15 minuti e a 5 minuti a piedi alla metropolitana; con 5 fermate si arriva direttamente in centro. le foto corrispondono all appartamento che abbiamo trovato, fornitissimo in tutto.

Excellent apartment, equipped with everything one needs. Quite soundproof sleeping rooms. Spacious, very light living room, in spite of limited window space. Large kitchen. Large enough bathrooms. Nice 'panorama' view over lower roofs of market block (though view ends at second housing block). Huge supermarket at 100m open 12hours/day. Nice but simple children's playground at 150m. Public transport at 200m. Beach at less than 1km. Nice neighbourhood, no tourists, mostly Spanish families.

The apartment was lovely and spacious and bright. The lounge was very comfortably furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The apartment was quiet and felt secure and the location was ideal for our purposes.
There was nothing we didn't like, only having to leave and go home! We hope to be able to stay there again in the not too distant future and would certainly recommend the apartment to our friends.
