Das Wohn- und Esszimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Sofa, das zum Doppelbett für zwei weitere Gäste wird, außerdem über TV, DVD und Stereoanlage und eignet sich daher perfekt zum Zurücklehnen und Entspannen. Ein zusätzlicher Vorteil dieses Zimmers ist die fantastische Terrasse mit herrlicher Aussicht.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
This area unites all the services you may need during your stay in town such as bus lines, train station, restaurants…

The condo, the location and Aidor!!! They made our trip to San Sebastian unforgettable. Aidor even met us in the rain when we locked ourselves out of condo. He was an amazing asset to this whole experience. The building is beautiful, has an elevator and the view from the balcony is spectacular. The futon in the living room is the most comfortable one I have ever slept on. Thank you for a vacation I will never forget.

The apartment was very comfortable and perfect for us as a couple. The location was perfect and the view from our little balcony was fantastic. Our contact was very friendly and helpful, and provided great information on local restaurants, bars and services. Wonderful to find accommodation exactly as described.

The location is spectacular; a very easy walk to all areas of town! The view from the balcony is georgeous, offering a perfect view of the city, old town, the river and bay as well as Mt. Urgull. We enjoyed having cheese and a glass of wine or two on the deck each evening. The apartment is spacious and very well appointed. The furnishings, kitchen appliances and cooking utensils, as well as the overall appearance of the apartment is excellent. The bed is quite comfortable for European standards and there is good lighting in all rooms. The building is lovely with marble stairways, two elevators and is well secured. There is a very limited odd assortment of wine glasses but water glasses seemed to work just fine! Aitor, the Friendly Rentals representative who met us at the apartment was extremely helpful, offering suggestions about restaurants and places to visit. We used his list of restaurants exclusively and found each dining experience extraordinary. Unfortunately we were not there long enough to enjoy them all.

The apartment was wonderful! We loved the terrace with the great views in both directions and it was very quiet. It also had the convenience of a clothes drying rack that was in the courtyard and out of sight. The apartment was an easy walk to the old town, and also to both beaches. We loved the modern decor and it was immaculately clean. We would love to come back to this apartment.

The location of the apartment was fabulous. We could walk to the old town, were so close to Zurriola beach, and also to the train station and car rental. and the Gros neighborhood was really charming and easy to get around in. The apartment was comfortable with a baby and had darkening shades that made sleep great. We also loved the balcony with the amazing views.

The location of the apartment was good for easy exploring of the city. The view from the apartment was even better than the picture on the web. The beach was minutes away, great shops in the neighborhood for food etc. Everything was perfect - furnishings, cleanliness,location. Sarah checked us in/out and she was so very helpful....suggestions for meals, sights to see...even helping with transportation questions. She was very nice - especially considering that we rented this particular apartment on very short notice after the first apartment we rented was not satisactory. Friendly Rentals responded very quickly regarding the concerns we had with the first apartment - unfortunately the issues and subsequent changing of apartments took a significant portion of time away from our visit in San Sebastian...but again Friendly Rentals did respond to the situation quickly, professionally and we were compensated for our inconvience.

Everything. The neighborhood is wonderful, the view is far better than the pictures indicated, and the young women in charge of checking me in and out were friendly and informative. Sara took care of me one day when I suffered a frightening allergic reaction...really above and beyond the call of anything one might expect. I will return again and again.
