Das Apartment La Plaza ist ein 65 qm großes Apartment mit hohen Decken, sehr hell und befindet sich in einem Gebäude klassischen Stils. Es verfügt über einen Aufzug.
Es ist mit Holzfußboden ausgestattet und das Wohnzimmer bietet ein bequemes helles Ledersofa, eine TV- Ecke mit DVD etc. Es handelt sich um eine helle Wohnung mit hübschen Fenstern, eines davon im Velux- Stil und das andere mit einem herrlichen, weiten Ausblick.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
