The Concha Playa apartment is situated in the best area of San Sebastian, beside the beach of La Concha, the Alderdi Eder Gardens, next to Plaza de Guipuzcoa. The apartment has spectacular views from the windows to the beautiful bay of La Concha, the house is located in the heart of San Sebastián, near the Old Quarter, Aquarium, Museum of San Telmo, Shops , etc..
This area brings together all the services you may need during your stay in San Sebastián: bus to the rest of the city, with every kind of shops, restaurants, bars, etc ...
The apartment
The apartment Concha Playa , is located on the third floor of a nice building with elevator, It has a large living room about 30 meters square, furnished with a comfortable sofa, spacious dining area and amazing view over La Concha beach and gardens Alderdi Eder,
There is so much making this apartment special. There are the big light-endowing windows. There are the great design and architectural details. Not to forget the spectacular view of la Concha, where you can enjoy your breakfast or just chill out after a long day of sightseeing...undoubtedly a true luxury in the heart of San Sebastian!
This Apartment has three bedrooms; the main bedroom has a double bed combined with a splendid view over the Playa de La Concha and has a small balcony. The second bedroom also has the same views and two single beds; the third bedroom comes with a double bed and ample space to store your belongings.
The kitchen with wood cupboards and a pleasant dining area, has all the appliances you might need, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitro ceramic, fridge. Extras such as blender, juicer, coffee maker, toaster will make you feel at home. Pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, everything is available in this apartment.
All floors, with the exception of the bathrooms, are in high quality wood. There are large windows in the entire apartment ensuring an abundance of natural light.
Fresh linens and towels are provided for your arrival.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
