Das Appartement
Dies ist eine sehr komfortable Appartement, Es verfügt über 35 m der Oberfläche.
Gelegen in einem Gebäude aus dem Anfang des letzten Jahrhunderts, die Appartement wurde renoviert , die Wiederherstellung der Stein und Holz typisch von der Region, haben sich die Eigenschaften der ursprünglichen Architektur.
Aufzug (es gibt eine Treppe mit 16 Treppenstufen von dem Aufzug bis der Wohnung)
Der Fußboden der Appartement ist Eiche , mit Ausnahme der Badezimmer.
Es hat einen angenehmen Speisesaal, mit zwei Außen Balkon auf die Straße.
Es ist ausgestattet mit Sofa, Esstisch, TV, DVD, etc.
Die Appartement hat zwei Zimmer.
Der wichtigsten Schlafzimmer hat einem großen Bett von 1,50 cm. und ist sehr ruhig
Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Bett von 90 cm.
Badezimmer der Appartement ist sehr komfortabel mit einem schönen Dekor.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allen modernen Grundliegenden Bequemlichkeiten wie Waschmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, es kommt auch mit einfachen kleinen applicances wie Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Bratpfannen, Presse, Töpfe und Pfannen, usw., alles Sie benötigen konnten, um sich über Ihren Besuch auf San Sebastian Ärger zu sparen!
Das Bad wird mit einer Dusche mit frischen Handtücher und Fön bereit für Ihren Einsatz bei der Ankunft sein.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
This area unites all the services you may need during your stay in town such as bus lines, train station, restaurants…

The location was fantastic, right near the beach, 2mins to a very handy little supermarket, and a pretty 10min walk to the old town for the evenings. It was very clean and modern with lots of storage in the bedroom and a comfy bed, the bathroom had a big shower and big mirror, there was everything you need in the kitchen and a lovely sunny balcony.

Ja, we zouden er in de reklame nog meer nadruk op leggen dat het appartement aan het strand ligt, maar niet op het strand kijkt. Riant terras waar je 's morgens heerlijk op kan ontbijten.

Our first experience of renting an apartment for our stay was so lovely. The process was made stress free with good communication between Friendly rentals and ourselves. The price was brilliant considering the location and we felt lucky for that, when renting again we will definately consider Friendly rentals again.

The location was excellent and it was really well equipped. The booking process and information provided before arrival was clear and included all the information needed. The check in and out were really friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was in sunshine for most of the day despite not facing the beach.
Only staying for 4 nights!
