Das Appartement
Dies ist eine sehr komfortable Appartement, mit großzügig und schön eingerichtete bleibt. Es verfügt über 90 m der Oberfläche.
Gelegen in einem Gebäude aus dem Anfang des letzten Jahrhunderts, die Appartement wurde renoviert , die Wiederherstellung der Stein und Holz typisch von der Region, haben sich die Eigenschaften der ursprünglichen Architektur.
Aufzug (es gibt 9 bis steigen die Treppe hoch, um aus dem Portal).
Der Fußboden der Appartement ist gewachst Eiche, mit Ausnahme der Badezimmer.
Es hat einen angenehmen Speisesaal, voll möbliert mit antiken Möbeln aus dem Französischen baskischen Stil, mit zwei Außen Balkon auf die Straße, mit einer Mauer aus Stein, etwas Besonderes.
Es ist ausgestattet mit Sofa, Esstisch, TV, DVD, WIFI, Stereo-Anlage, etc.
Die Appartement hat zwei Zimmer.
Der wichtigsten Schlafzimmer hat einem großen Bett von 1,50 cm. und ist sehr ruhig
Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist offen, hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Straße, mit zwei Betten 90 cm, einer unter dem anderen.
Das Badezimmer der Appartement ist sehr komfortabel mit einem schönen Dekor mit Schlamm auf dem Boden, ausgestattet mit Badewanne.
Die Küche hat eine gute Größe, die offen für einen schönen Aufenthaltsraum mit zwei Glastüren.
Es hat all die Geräte Sie benötigen, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Kühl-und Gefrierschrank, Herd mit Gas.
Geräte wie Mixer, Entsafter, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, etc., werden Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Töpfe und Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck, alles steht zu Ihrer Verfügung, wenn Sie an dieser schönen Appartement.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian.
Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center.
Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas.
The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”.
From this emplacement you can do all you shopping and have access to other one of the big attractions in San Sebastian, its exquisite gastronomy, full of specialties which seduce any palate.
