Das kürzlich renovierte Apartment Lorea befindet sich in einer Wohngegend von San Sebastian, 3 km von Stadtzentrum, der Old Town, dem Strand Playa de la Concha und eine Meile vom Strand Ondarreta Beach entfernt.
Die Umgebung um das Apartment
Das Apartment liegt in einem Wohnsiedlungskomplex mit Gemeinschaftsschwimmbecken in einer der besten Wohngegenden. Ungefähr eine Meile trennt dieses Apartment vom Strand Ondarreta Beach, dem Zentrum von San Sebastians Old Quarter.
Dieses Apartment befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber nur einige Gehminuten entfernt gibt es eine lebhafte Gegend mit vielen Geschäften, Bars, Restaurants, etc.
Eine hübsche Allee trennt das Lorea vom wunderschönen Strand Ondarreta und da die Gegend dort sehr flach ist, empfiehlt es sich, mit dem Fahrrad ins Stadtzentrum zu fahren.
Das Apartment ist vom Stadtzentrum gut zu erreichen, denn es fahren alle paar Minuten Busse.
Das Apartment
Das Lorea ist 45qm groß, hat eine 5qm große Terrasse und eine makellose Ausstattung.
Das Apartment verfügt über Außenfenster, es ist hell und gemütlich und hauptsächlich in Weiß- und Grautönen gehalten.
Es ist bis auf Küche und Bad (beide gefliest) mit Parkettfußboden eingerichtet.
Die einzelnen Zimmer der Wohnung sind mit Glastüren getrennt, was sie größer wirken lässt.
Im geräumigen Wohnzimmer befinden sich in gemütliches Sofa in L-Form, ein 25'' - Fernseher, DVD - Spieler sowie große Fenster, die zusammen eine gesamte Wand einnehmen.
In der makellosen, weißen Küche im modernen Design finden die Gäste Waschmaschine, Keramikherdplatte, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Pfannen, etc.
Das schöne Schlafzimmer führt auf die Terrasse und verfügt über einen großen Kleiderschrank.
Im modernen Badezimmer befinden sich Dusche und Fön. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inbegriffen.

It is one of the best and most quoted areas in San Sebastian, in this area lies the magnificent beach of Ondarreta, for some, the beast beach in town. Ondarreta beach area is known for being very animated and lively and is often considered an icon in which referes to autochthonous gastronomy. Only a few minutes away from this area is the center of the city´s old part, the aquarium, the museum of San Telmo and right by the funicular of mount Igeldo and the “Peine de los Vientos” with deceased Eduardo Chillida´s magnificent sculptures.
Here in the old part begins a tour of the most beautiful corners of the city enjoying the famous sculptures of deceased artist Eduardo Chillida. The waves guide us until we reach the beach of Ondarreta, walking through its gardens we arrive to the palace of Miramar where Queen Maria Cristina had her summer residence. The exit of this palace takes us to the beach of “La Concha”, taking a nice walk we pass by the aquarium, the old part and if we continue the walk we finally surround mount Urgull. It is an ideal place to verify the fury of the sea, continuing the circuit we get to Zurriola beach, very frequented by surfers. The end of the day can be passed in the bars of the area which are always very animated.
This is a romantic area by the sea in which you can confortably do your shopping have access to its gastronomy and enjoy its beaches and people.
It disposes of all the services you may need to use during your stay like public transportation, stores of any kind, restaurants, bars

Great modern well equipped apartment in a convenient location. Easy bus ride into the centre of San Sebastian. It was also very good to be living in amongst the local people. Oscar was very friendly and helpful.

Zeer mooi appartement wat modern is ingericht. Het ligt in een fijne wijk met een bushalte op een steenworp afstand. Vanaf het balkon heb je uitzicht op de levendige straat. Er zitten elektrische luiken voor de ramen waardoor je 's nachts totaal geen last hebt van het geluid. De contactpersonen zijn zeer vriendelijk en betrouwbaar. De ruime keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Kortom een zeer mooi en comfortabel appartement.

The neighborhood was in a more local part of town which was great! And it was only a 10 minute walk to the beach!! And less than 10 Euros to get to the central & old quarter part of the city. The apt was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Compact, neat and well equipped modern appartment. The weather wasn't good enough to use the flat's swimmingpool, but it looked very nice and clean. Supermarket very nearby under the flat. Good and free parking accomodation for the car.
