The agents in the Madrid office: Nicholas, Chris and Sean, were absolutely amazing to me. Before arriving in Madrid, I fell while touring in Rome. I let Nicholas know that I would be needing a wheelchair upon my arrival to our apartment in Madrid. Without hesitation, Nicholas located a wheelchair and had it waiting for me when I arrived. In fact, one day, Nicholas volunteered and walked to a local formacia to purchase an ankle splint for me. Anytime we needed anything - directions to a location, how to contact a taxi, information about the metro...anything - I called and one of these guys was always willing to help us out. I have traveled to many places in the world. I must say that I have NEVER been treated with such warmth and concern. These guys were professional in every manner to be expected. Especially, I want to acknowledge Nicholas for the attention he gave during the booking process up until our departure. Friendly Rentals should feel both proud and secure knowing these young men are representing their business.
