The Boutique Terrace apartment is situated in the heart of Barcelona's Eixample district, the birthplace of the Modernism movement where Antoni Gaudí is considered the leader. There are many "must see" attractions in this area, especially the Gaudí sites - the impressive and famous Sagrada Familia, which you can see from the terrace, the two famous Gaudí houses La Pedrera and Casa Batlló in the Manzana de la Discordia and the sprawling Hospital de la Santa Creu in Sant Pau - all within walking distance.

A modern and stylish apartment which is filled with an abundance of natural light and has a wonderful 23m2 terrace.
This open plan apartment on the 7th floor with elevator has been tastefully designed to create a very harmonious living space where you will be able to relax and enjoy any stay.
On entering the apartment you will find yourself in a fully fitted, modern kitchen with all the mod cons you might need and the nearby dining area has a dining table and chairs.
The modern and spacious bathroom has a large shower and is fully tiled in soothing blue tones.
The living area has a comfortable and large corner sofa, flat-screen TV and DVD for entertainment.
Leading from here, the bedroom comes with a double bed and ample wardrobe space for all of your belongings.
The terrace is accessed from the living area. You have another dining table here for al-fresco meals and some loungers for soaking up the mediterranean sun. An added bonus is the fabulous night view of the Torre Agbar with it's innovative lighting.

Mit allen Werken Gaudi’s in Reichweite, unter anderem die Sagrada Familia, die beiden beruehmten Gaudi Haeuser der La Perdera und Manzana de la Discordia, das maechtige Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, werden Sie Stunden damit zubringen fasziniert herumzulaufen. Dieses gittermuster-angelegte Viertel wurde Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts errichtet um die immer groesser werdende Population Barcelonas zu beherbergen. Einen grossen Teil von Eixample machen die vielen verschiedenen Geschaefte, Restaurants, Cafes und Bars aus welche auch rechts und links -neben Theatern und kleinen Maerkten- auf den kleinen Gassen und Strassen zu finden sind!

Oestlich vom Zentrum Barcelona befindet sich die Sagrada Familia, ein ueberweltigendes Beispiel Gaudis Kreativitaet; immer noch nicht fertig gestellt und auch in naechster Zukunft noch keine Fertigstellung in Sicht.... Diese aussergewoehnliche Sehenswuerdigkeit ist trotz Baustelle bezaubernd und faszinierend!!
Ausserdem hier zu finden ist das Hospital de Sant Pau, ein Krankenhaus das nach wievor in Betrieb ist und wahrscheinlich das komplexeste modernistische Gebaeude von allen ist...
In diesem Teil Barcelonas gibt es unzaehlige Museen wie zum Beispiel das Fundavio Antoni Tapies, Museo Egipci de Barcelona und die Fundacio Francisco Godia.
