This newly renovated apartment, located in one of the upmarket areas in Barcelona, has been designed in a very personal and elegant style.

The Arenas has a lovely balcony that opens up to views of Parc de la Dona I Ocell, a park that is strategically located right next to Plaza de España. The original exposed beams high ceilings and the typically Mediterranean style windows have been carefully restored, in order to maintain its original design; resulting in an exquisite combination of modern comfort with an authentic traditional Barcelona flavour.

The area surrounding the apartment:

The apartment is located right next to the Convention Centre, best known as the Fira de Montjuïc and Plaza de España making this a great choice for business or leisure visitors alike as Montjuïc, Poble Espanyol The Museum Nacional de Catalunya with its majestic fountains and the Olimpic Stadium and most of the main attractions are within easy reach.

Guests staying at the Arenal, will have quick access to Barcelona’s Old Quarter either by metro through a direct connection at Sants (green and blue Lines) or through Plaza España (red, green Lines) or Tarragona (red, green line). Sants station is also a connecting point to the high speed train to Madrid, the Ave, that makes the journey from Madrid to Barcelona in less than 3 hours.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms, in three of each you will find two individual beds that can be made into double beds on request, and the fourth bedroom, specially designed for the smaller members of the family has two single bunk beds. All bedrooms are decorated in a modern and fresh style and have ample wardrobe space for all of your belongings.
