Das Casa de las LLetres ist ein mehrere hundert Jahre altes Gebäude mit 6
Wohnungen welches gewissenhaft restauriert und renoviert wurde. Der Name
Lletras (Literatur) rührt daher, dass jede der 6 Wohnungen sich einem
berühmten Schriftsteller, von welchen jeder eine enge Verbindung zu
Barcelona hat, widment. In der Altstadt gelegen, gleich neben dem trendy El
Borne und dem Hafen bietet diese Wohnung eine perfekte Ausgangsasis für
Unternehungen in Barcelona.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALTHOUGH THE BUILDING HAS AN ELEVATOR, YOU MUST CLIMB SOME STEPS ON EACH FLOOR.
Das Gebäude verfügt über Überwachungskamaras und
jede der Wohnungen bietet einen Safe.
In allen Wohnungen findet man eine komplett eingerichtete Küche sowie ein
vollständiges Bad. Natürlich gibt es Internetanschluss und
Satelitenfernsehen.

This cozy large-window attic with city views from the terrace guarantees a peaceful and relaxed stay.
The living room’s glass roof will allow you to fully enjoy the natural light during the day and at the same time to star gaze at night. The private terrace is a wonderful and comfortable extension to the living room.
The double bed bedroom has an en-suite modern design bathroom with some hints at the building’s historic construction patterns. An extra guest can sleep on the sofa bed located in the living room.
The bathroom and the kitchen are fully equipped for your convenience. The flat also has internet connection, television and Satellite TV.

The flat’s location is excellent: in front of the Mediterranean Sea and in the midst of the historic center of Barcelona, the El Born and the Gothic neighborhoods. Approximately five minutes from the Santa Maria del Mar church, from the Barcelona Cathedral, from the Picasso Museum, from the Ramblas and Barceloneta beach.
The apartment is conveniently located next to subway and bus stops making it the perfect choice for your stay in Barcelona.
