of the week, the West

London
, a modern and cosmopolitan city, is
already fully immersing itself in preparing for the 2012 Olympic Games that
promise to be the best ever yet. In the meantime, there are many activities,
events and shows keeping the British capitals cultural and sports agenda busy
and active.
From the 17th
to the 22nd of February London Fashion Week will be held, a
highlight and meeting point for lovers of fashion. It is also rugby time. Over
the next few days they will be celebrating the Six Nations Championship, the
oldest in the world, with clashes between England
and Wales on the 25th
of February, and England and
Ireland
on the 17th of March. And speaking of the Irish, if you would like to
immerse yourself in the festive London
atmosphere, make sure you don’t miss out on the Saint Patrick's Day celebrations
held on the 18th of March this year.
With the
approach of spring will come the World Shakespeare Festival on the 23rd
of April, dedicated to this famous English playwright and featuring around 70
theatre productions. The festival forms part of the London 2012 Festival and
Cultural Olympiads.

So you are
able to enjoy all of these events and everything London
has to offer, we would like to recommend the West apartment in South Kensington. This lovely apartment is located on the
mezzanine level of a Victorian house and sleeps 5 people. It has two bedrooms,
one with a King Size double bed and the other with two spacious single beds to
guarantee a good night sleep.
The living
room in the apartment is spacious and bright, with a fireplace and large
windows. It has two three-seater sofas and a single sofa bed. The furnishing is
modern but combines some details evoking English tradition making for a very
pleasant space. It has a plasma T.V, internet, heating and many other small
commodities. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need to prepare
you favourite dishes.
The West apartment is located on a quiet street beside the West Brompton subway station from
where you can easily access all the most popular tourist sites in London. It is a very chic
and elegant neighbourhood that has recently become very fashionable.
