Enjoy the best wines in Buenos Aires
From the 14th to the 17th of September they will be celebrating the eleventh edition of their Wine and Wineries Fair held in the La Rural fairground, which welcomes around 40,000 visitors every year. It is the most important wine event celebrated in the country.
More than 100 wineries from across Argentina gather together in this prestigious event to promote, exhibit and sell their products, display and sell their best bottles, offer wine tastings and participate in the business meetings and other services linked to the wine industry.
The main Argentinean wine-producing regions are Mendoza and San Juan, however as time has passed, other provinces have started to produce high quality wine as well, many of which offer the chance to try some of their wines in the fair. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to discover some of the best Argentinean wines.
Wine Tour Urbano. This is an interesting event in which diverse wineries, shops and bars join forces to offer visitors a wine tour with a twist. The next tour will be taking place on the 19th of August in the Buenos Aires Design shopping centre, from 7pm to 10pm.
For the spring edition, the meeting place of Wine Tour Urbano was between Honduras and Malabia streets from 7pm. On the 17th of September you will be able to try several varieties of Malbec and Merlot, Cabernet and Syrah on the 15th of October, and on the 19th of November each winery will be offering their best wine.
