Every year, thousands of people make the pilgrimage to Kobetamendi to pay homage to rock, alternative and electronic music at the Bilbao BBK Live. BBK Live is one of the biggest summer music festivals in Spain. Groups such as Metallica, R.E.M, Coldplay, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, The Prodigy, Iron Maiden and Radiohead have graced the stage in previous editions. One of the main attractions in Bilbao is the typical pinchos, miniature works of art that will most definitely win over your taste buds. Almost all the bars in the city’s taverns are full of these little snacks. So, what better way of adjusting to the local customs than visiting the taverns there to try out some of the pinchos and have a nice wine?
