My husband and I have holidayed in Europe for the past 12 years and unfortunately, not until September 2009 had I heard of Friendly Rentals. My husband and I booked a special break with my parents (who had not travelled before) to Rome and I can only say that the service provided by Friendly Rentals far exceeded our expectations. We experienced a few travel related issues upon arrival in Rome and Friendly Rentals were more than accomodating and cetainly contributed to the fantastic success of our stay in Rome.
From the initial booking enquiry right through to the end of our stay the Customer Service team were absolutely fantastic.
Friendly Rentals truly lived up to its name!
I have already made many recommendations to friends and colleagues and plan on using Friendly Rentals again in the near future.

Friendly Rentals could offer a guide service e.g. a 1, 3 or 6 hour guided tour of the key landmarks and sites of the city of the travellers stay. Friendly Rental staff have an excellent knowledge of the local sights and amenities and I believe travellers would happily pay for such a service, particularly as many times travellers only have a short stay in the particular city.

If i were the official fan (I believe I am !) I would share my experience of Friendly Rentals with my wide network of personal friends and business colleagues ensuring Friendly Rentals were their 1st choice travel partner within Europe.

1. friendly rentals has the best variety of accomodation available in the cities it covers. There is huge scope for dates, locations and prices, and all aprtments are of excellent quality.

2.perhaps an airport pick up service, or at least a recommended taxi company, also a welcome pack , milk, water, tea, coffee etc on arrival- just incase of late night arrivals- or little kids in the party.

3.I would promote on facebook / twitter with photos and reviews etc , also I would write a blog and get local newspaper coverage of my new role to increase user numbers.

1.)Friendly rentals is a trusted vendor of quality afforable, apartments. You can rest assured when you send your finances, in advance, that this organization will handle all the details of your vacation in the same manner they would handle their own vacation.

Expanded message.

Our first, but not our last experience, with Friendly Rentals was the fabulous vacation we spent Mar 21 to the 30, 2009 in The Luna Apartment. This was our third trip to Rome in as many years. Upon arrival at the airport we were met, on time, by the limo service set up by FRIENDLY RENTALS associates. Arrival at the apartment and check in was quick and easy. Our host, Ms. Cardosi, was efficient, friendly and most inviting. The ammenities included a welcome bottle of wine, fresh cakes and chocolates (yummy), breakfast items to hold us over until we could shop! There were maps and visitor site guides available for us to use while we explored Rome and the surrounding area. Our biggest surprise was the fresh warm robes and slippers provided for our use as well as the availability of every item you could think of that we might have forgotten to pack. Including toothbrushes, bath sponges, first aid items, combs, shampoos, ect. It was most wonderful. During our stay I unfortunately broke my foot (watch out for those cobble stones) and had to have it set and casted at the hospital. Our host saved the day when she suggested we rent a wheelchair to continue our vacation. It worked out perfectly. At least for me - my husband had to do the pushing! After seeing every site we could manage, including Palm Sunday with the Pope presiding in St. Peters Sq., our trip had to come to a close. The check out was again as easy as the check in. Our deposit was refunded on the spot and the Limo was waiting to take us to the airport. I would not have changed a second of this vacation, made possible by Friendly Rentals and their staff. Well maybe, I would skip the broken foot part! We will be visiting Rome for our annual vacaton and we will be using FRIENDLY RENTALS SERVICES. They are our trusted vacation planner for all future trips to Europe!

2.)I suggest expanded advertising to the USA to inform and encourage individuals and Businesses to try your services when planning their trips to Europe.
I would like to see Friendly Rentals become the accommodation planner and provider for large and small conferences taking place in Europe.
***To encourage and expand interest in Friendly Rentals a annual contest or give away would spark interest and participation that in turn would increase the word of mouth exchanged amoung friends and associates.

3.)If I were chosen to be the fan of Friendly Rentals I would seek to bring the name of Friendly Rental into the homes of families in USA and abroad by utilizing the internet resources available.

I would also work to make Friendly Rentals the host company for giveaways on shows like the Ellen Degeneres Show. She gives away trips all the time. Why not through Friendly Rentals???????
Being the number one fan sounds like an exciting and challenging experience.

1. What do you most like about Friendly Rentals?
We travelled with a family of 15 for a bi-annual family holiday and Friendly Rentals was able to accommodate us in the same building, at an excellent price and in superb accommodation quality. Other rental companies just couldn't handle our family size and through our 6 week European vacation we were accommodated in separate buildings on occasion.

2. What service or product would you offer, or suggest?
A percentage discount for multiple rentals for large groups and complimentary airport transfer would be attractive enticements.

Also having staff meet renters at the accommodation instead of at an off site office, if travellers arrive after dark (which can be disorienting for travellers after long flights especially when carrying large sums of money for security deposits).

3. What would you do to promote Friendly Rentals if you were the Official Fan?
A viral advertising campaign and overseas competition is always a great draw card.

As the official fan I would suggest my entire family be the official fan so you can show how you were able to accommodate our HUGE family without any problems. Plus we are very photogenic, we have an age range of 3 to 60, so we meet a wide demographic of potential holiday makers.

The apartments are excellent in both quality and location which makes for an authentic stay in the holiday destination.

Optional arrival hampers for guests.

I already do promote Friendly Rentals - I recommend it to friends, family and colleagues as an excellent accommodation provider.

I used Friendly Rentals for the first time in March this year when a friend and I travelled to Barcelona. From the word go they were fantastic.....Yes! they are so friendly and very helpful, we were bold over that nothing was too much trouble and the smiles were ever there and this includes all the staff in the office..WOW!!! just amazing.
I would offer a welcome pack (including a bottle of wine ...need not be expensive) and a fact sheet of the local sights and shops etc.
As an ambassador I would get a write up in our 4 local papers here they are free and have a very wide readership with the expats, many of whom travel extensively in Europe. I am doing very well recommending by word of mouth at the moment and several people I know are booked with you because of my high praise. Please keep up the good work I shall be using you several times again this year. Well done Friendly Rentals you are indeed my friend.

1. What do you most like about Friendly Rentals? The fact that I can choose from a vast array of stylish, chic apartments, from budget to luxury, in some of the most visited cities in the world.
2. What service or product would you offer, or suggest? I think that it would be great to feature past guests' experiences and tips for particular apartments, e.g. the best place nearby to get the best pastries or other little things subsequents guest might appreciate
3. What would you do to promote Friendly Rentals if you were the Official Fan? Naturally I would publicise my win on Facebook and ask all of my FB friends to join the Friendly Rentals FB page and tell them to spread the word to their friends. I would also promote my win to demonstrate just how much Friendly Rentals care about their clients!
