Everyone's really excited about the approaching Oscars, including us. There's especially a lot of talk about certain films released this year including The Black Swan with Natalie Portman, the King's Speech with Colin Firth, and Inception starring Leonardo DiCaprio all nominated, and deservingly so, for various different awards from this prestigious event, however we would like to touch upon the latest release by Mexican director Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu (Amores Perros and Babel), Biutiful starring the greatest Spanish actor of his generation, Javier Bardem.

Surprising and hilarious Impro-show in Teatreneu, Barcelona

Last night I was fortunate enough to go to a totally improvised show in the theatre in the Gracia district of Barcelona, and I say improvised because the entire show is in fact spontaneous. I’m referring to “Impro-Show” that takes place every Tuesday and Sunday in Teatreneu on Calle Terol in the Catalan capital, and is performed by the theatre company Compañia Planeta Impro.
