Italia al Dente in Amsterdam
The
Italian food and culture festival ‘
Italia al Dente’ will return to Amsterdam on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th March 2012. This year, the 7th edition of this highly succesful event will be held in ‘Loods 6' in
Amsterdam. The entrance fee is €12,50 and includes a welcome drink & snack. Workshops at the event incur an additional cost.
At this event, you can try a host of Italian delicacies. Besides 'just' good food, there are also several wine tastings available, as well as a wide range of tempting workshops, such as:
Barista Workshop
For people who want to know the secret behind the perfect espresso or cappuccino; the barista workshop will teach you all about roasting coffee beans and the preparation of an espresso or cappuccino.
Brunello di Moltalcino – Wine tasting
One of
Italy’s finest wines. During this workshop, you will learn everything about the wine. A real must for wine lovers, knowledgeable wine producers are present at Italia al Dente to answer all your questions.
Olive Oil Tasting
During the Olive Oil Tasting workshop you will get to know everything about olive oil. Several oil experts from Italy will be able to tell you all about your extra virgen and are ready to answer your questions. You get to sample various olive oils.
