Un spacieux, accueillant et tranquille appartement très bien situé entre la zone historique et la zone la plus commerciale de Valence.
L'appartement Alberti est une bonne élection pour tous les visiteurs à Valence qui cherchent tranquillité et une bonne localisation dans son logement. Cet appartement a une décoration contemporaine dans un environnement avec classe et style. Un appartement rénové et confortable.
La zone autour de l’appartement;
L'appartement Alberti est idéalement situé à la frontière du quartier de El Carmen, en étant celui-ci un quartier dedans le centre historique de Valence. Une zone en changement continuel et expansion qui est de mode et bien située. C’est l'un des quartiers les plus joyeux et animés de la ville. Il dispose de bons bars, restaurants et magasins pour passer le temps et pour profiter de l'atmosphère bohémienne de Valence.
Au sud, en vous promenant, vous pourrez trouver boutiques de design de stylistes célèbres, magasins de mode, tout cela dans la zone la plus commerciale du centre de Valence, près de Colon.
L'appartement est situé à quelques minutes à pied de la cathédrale et aussi près des lieux les plus emblématiques du centre historique de la ville de Valence. Le marché couvert le plus grande d’Europe se trouve à distance à pied de l'appartement.

L'appartement Alberti est situé dans un 4ème étage avec ascenseur et il a capacité pour jusqu'à 4 personnes confortablement.
En entrant, à votre gauche, se trouvent la salle à manger et le salon. Il dispose de deux confortables canapés, grande TV de plasma, stéréo, et ordinateur portable avec accès à Internet. Cela transforme cette zone dans un lieu de détente après un jour intense découvrant Valence; comme vous pouvez voir dans les photographies ….
La cuisine blanche, séparée par portes de verre, possède tout l'équipement nécessaire pour cuisiner si vous le souhaitez…
Ensuite, en traversant une porte depuis la salle à manger, vous trouverez la salle de bains et les deux chambres à coucher; la salle de bains complète de design classique - romantique avec douche. Les deux spacieuses chambres à coucher disposent de deux lits simples chacune, avec suffisant espace pour vos effets personnelles.

Ciutat Vella/El Carmen
The historical centre of Valencia is comprised of El Carmen and the commercial city centre - Ciudad Vella.
Among the most important monuments are Plaza Redonda, Torres de quart, Portal de Valldigna and the Iglesia Del Carmen. One of the main features of El Carmen are the holes in the massive towers of the Torres De Quart from the cannonballs used in the time of Napoleon. The ancient winding streets of the Barrio del Carmen contain buildings dating back to Roman and Arabic times. The Cathedral, built between the 13th and 15th century, is primarily of Gothic style, but contains elements of Baroque and Romanesque architecture. Beside the Cathedral is the Gothic Basilica of the Virgin (Basílica De La Virgen De Los Desamparados). The 15th century Serrano and Quart towers are part of what was once the wall surrounding the city.
UNESCO has recognized the Late Gothic silk exchange (La Lonja de la Seda) as a World Heritage Site. The modernist Central Market (Mercado Central) is one of the largest in Europe. The main railway station, Estación Del Norte, is built in art deco style.
The area is full of young people and lively bars. This lifestyle in contrast to the backdrop of old stone buildings and hidden courtyards, huge wooden doors with high door-knockers (to be reached from horseback) gives the Carmen a unique charm.
In the city centre, to the south of the Carmen, you will find all the international high street shops and most well known brand names. The largest square is the Plaça de l'Ajuntament, which contains the town hall (ajuntament), a cinema that shows classic movies (La Filmoteca), and many restaurants and bars.You cannot miss the majestic post office with paintings on the ceiling.

Was met dochter 6 dagen in Valencia. Appartement heeft ideale ligging t.o.v. centrum, metro, busstation en supermarkt. Alles binnen enkele minuten lopen. Rustig gelegen, goede airco.

Het appartement is zeer goed bevallen. Het was zelfs groter dan dat het er op de foto's uitzag. De eigenaren hebben er eerder zelf in gewoond, en het appartement is daarom qua indeling en apparatuur perfect ingericht. Ze hebben het in een moderne indeling en staat gebracht. Tenslotte konden we onze koffers op de dag van vertrek bij de eigenaar thuis achterlaten (uitchecken om 11:00 uur), en konden daarom nog op ons gemak nog even van de stad nagenieten, voordat we 's avonds op het vliegtuig stapten.

El apartamento es realmente bonito, luminoso, bien decorado y muy cómodo. Está situado en una calle tranquila y a la vez céntrica. Nos ha gustado mucho, y no descartamos volver en próximas visitas a Valencia. R.C.Madrid.

There were many things we liked but, apart from the kindness of Roberto the owner, we selected predominantly on the basis of location, apartment facilities and price all of which we thought and proved to be excellent. The location being central was easily (and cheaply) reached by Metro from the airport and provided easy access to the beaches and museums. The appartment is beautifully furnished and the beds are so comfortable

Zeer net en comfortabel appartement in het centrum van de stad, en toch in een rustige buurt. De ideale uitvalsbasis met alle comfort. Met een gerieflijke keuken, een ruime badkamer en een salon waar vier volwassen personen makkelijk onderuit schuiven in twee lederen zetels en plaats kunnen nemen aan tafel. Vriendelijke eigenaar die er ook geen probleem van maakte de check-out aan de vooravond van ons vertrek te doen omdat we al om zes uur 's morgens een taxi moesten halen naar de luchthaven.

I want to submit a review for the Alberti Apartment in Valencia, where we stayed Oct. 29 - Nov. 1. I would rate the apartment a "10" The Alberti is a lovely apartment, very tastefully decorated. It fit our needs perfectly for sightseeing in Valencia. The location is ideal, in a quiet neighborhood, a short walking distance to wonderful restaurants and many sights.
