L'Appartment Joplin à Valencia

This original, modern, functional and low-priced apartment is located within 15-20 minute walk of the historical centre of Valencia.

Located in a residential area with many facilities, the apartment is not far to the Gran Vía and Plaza de España (a 10-15 minute walk). It has a cheerful and functional decoration that it will make your stay in Valencia pleasant and relaxing.

The surroundings of the apartment;

The Joplin apartment is the ideal place for a couple or a family to escape the hustle and bustle of the Old Town and to simply relax in a traditional neighbourhood that has every service and facility at hand.

The buzzing and popular Juan Llorén entertainment area is just a few minutes away. There you will find good restaurants, bars and clubs where you can have a great time. This area is located half-way between Valencia’s old town and the apartment.

All the key monuments and the old town are within walking distance of the apartment (15-20 minutes). The Town-Hall at the core of the city: an ideal starting point to visit the old town, the Cathedral, the Central Market, museums... From there you can take the bus or the underground to anywhere in town –the City of Arts and Sciences, for instance.

The train station is not far, with direct underground connections to Valencia International Airport and the beach. The apartment is also very close (10 minutes walk) to Patraix underground station.

The apartment;

It is comfortable, elegant, cosy and furnished with every modern convenience ensuring a very enjoyable stay. The lighting has been carefully studied to provide a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the apartment.

It is a third floor apartment, with a lift, and can comfortably accommodate four people.

The 75 square metres apartment includes a harmonious living-dining room with two sofas that will invite you to sit down and relax after a long day out. It is also equipped with a DVD player and an LCD television screen and a modern office space with a computer at your disposal and internet connection.

On entering the apartment into a small corridor, you will find the kitchen on the right-hand side, fully equipped with cooking utensils and all modern appliances for you to prepare your favourite dishes. The kitchen has also a small balcony.

Then you will find a double bedroom with two individual beds; as you can see in the pictures. There is also a second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have wardrobes for your clothes and belongings.

The bathroom is cool and modern and has a very comfortable shower. Bed linen and towels ready for your use.
