Benedetti is a modern studio exclusively designed by a prestigious company devoted to the construction and design of lofts and luxury apartments. It is an especially pleasant place to stay with large windows overlooking the street which make it seem bigger and brighter without losing any privacy, as you can shut out the world with a modern combination of curtains and blinds.

The furniture has been carefully chosen by the property with its classic experience in vanguard design. Although the studio is limited in space it has been decorated with exquisite taste, creating an atmosphere which is both refreshing and cosy. It is equipped with everything you need for both short and for longer stays (refrigerator, dishwasher and other electrical appliances, plasma TV screen etc…). The apartment does not have a washing machine since the building has a laundry area with washing machines, driers and irons for the use of all the building’s tenants. This allows for more space in the apartment, which is also perfectly conditioned with air-conditioning and underfloor heating.
