La Latina neighborhood has a particular charm that makes it a favorite of tourists and local people. Known thanks to its cultural and night life, it is an outstanding area in the downtown, within 2 minutes walking distance to landmarks such us Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. It is one of the most authentic neighborhoods in town.
The apartment is only one block away from La Latina metro station although you will rarely utilize the metro, as you can walk to the most visited touristic places like Mayor Square, Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, Gran Via or Retiro Park. Among others, the most famous museums: Reina Sofia or Prado and of course the trade mark places in La Latina, El Rastro- the well known Spanish market that takes place every Sunday. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and capacity for 8 or even 10 people. It is a simple apartment, where the guest can stay in different rooms and have the necessary privacy and also a comfortable and economical stay, while enjoying a great location. There are two double bedrooms with a double bed in each, one which is exterior and the other with an interior window, an exterior bedroom with 2 individual beds, and a last one with two individual beds, all of them with night tables and lamps for reading in bed after a busy day. In the living room there is a large exterior window and a wooden table for delicious meals and a double sofa bed for bigger groups. A well equipped kitchen with everything you need including dishwasher and two simple and practical bathrooms, one of them with a shower and the other with bathtub.
