The apartment:

The Europa III apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an historical building with elevator and it has been recently renovated to the highest standards with the best materials and fittings. The interior decor is tasteful and elegant. The apartment offers a precious wooden floor, an appropriate mix of reworked antiques and contemporary pieces, beautiful paintings and luxurious designer fabrics.

The master bedroom has a double queen sized bed while the second bedroom contains two single beds and it is located on a mezzanine level situated above the living area and it is accessible through an iron and wood stairs . The decor of each bedroom has been kept tasteful and elegant, and there are large wardrobes in both bedrooms so that all guests will have plenty of room for their belongings

The living area of this apartment is warm and inviting the guests to relax after trekking around Rome historical centre. Here the guests can avail of a flat satellite TV and DVD . In this area you will also find one sofa bed where the fifth guest can sleep, and a dining table with six chairs. The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything guests may need for daily living. Finally, charm and comfort have gone into the creation of the two beautiful and inviting bathrooms: one features a shower cabinet while the other one offers a bathtub/shower unit. Bed linens and fresh clean towels are all provided.
