The area surrounding the apartment:
Monserrat is one of the historic areas of the City. A neighbourhood from the beginning of the XX century which used to be the social, cultural and financial centre. Its buildings are a clear exponent of european architecture of that time.
Monserrat is also next to San Telmo, another well known historic neighbourhood, and Puerto Madero, the most modern one. Both are walking distance.
Puerto Madero was built during the 90´s, on the riverside, recycling old and abandoned port sheds into great modern buildings which now hold the most
prestigious restaurants, bars and international company's offices.
It is also just minutes away from the financial centre, the emblematic Obelisk, Florida pedestrian St., Corrientes Av and 25 de Mayo Av...
The apartment:
With a modern design, this spacious Studio is ideal for a couple or a single traveler but it has capacity for up to four people since it has two single sofa beds besides the queen size bed.
Everything has been designed to make it comfortable and functional. The kitchen is totally equipped, it has a table for four and a spacious and complete bathroom.
You´ll have everything you need: TV, DVD, air conditioning, Internet connection, phone and more.
The building has a lovely terrace on the top floor with a great view over the city. There you´ll find the swimming pool, BBQ and gym.

Centro BA
Staying at BA´s Downtown means to be surrounded by the real porteño spirit: tango shows, theatres, cinemas, parrillas –bbq restaurants- and typical cafés are open until dawn. This is the place to find out why Buenos Aires is called the city that never sleeps!
Emblematic sights such as the Obelisk, 9 de Julio and Corrientes Avenues and Florida pedestrian St. all of them are here, Downtown.
This is the area were most Spanish XX Century buildings still remain untouched, so don´t be surprised if you feel like being at Madrid´s Gran Vía when walking along 25 de Mayo Avenue!
