The Apartment:
This lovely three bedroom apartment is on the third floor of a beautifully restored building with elevator.
The living-dining area has a comfortable sofa which is the perfect spot to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. The television has satelitte channels and the apartment has cable internet connection.
The spacious master bedroom has two single beds which can be made up as a double. The second and third bedrooms each have a single bed. There is a single sofa bed which can be used for a 5th guest. Each bedroom has wardrobe space for your belongings.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you might need for a hassle free stay including, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine...
There are two bathrooms one with bath/shower and the other with shower. Fresh towels and linens are available for use on arrival.
Whether in Barcelona for business or pleasure, the Gothic Attic apartment is ideally situated.

Born
El Born is one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in Barcelona and has become even more so over the last few years, combining a perfect balance between historical treasures, culture and “coolness”; an area very much sought after by the locals as well as the visitors. This area also boasts some of the highest property prices in the city …. This wonderful neighbourhood is full of many great bars, cafes, restaurants and is especially great for one of a kind boutiques as well as other, very well known clothing brands, such as Custo. The Born area is in such a great location, close to the Old Port and the beach, it’s surrounded by all the other cool and interesting places in Barcelona such as Barrio Gotico, Barceloneta, Old Port and Via Laietana. The Park Ciutadella is also a quick 5 minute walk from this area, perfect for a long stroll after a lovely lunch in one of the many terraces the Born has to offer.
A main feature of this great area is the wonderful basilica Santa Maria del Mar, right in front of this magnificent landmark, Barcelona’s guests can enjoy tapas and wine and watch the world go by…Other spots not to miss include Paseo del Born which is full of great bars and makes this area a lively night spot; not far from here is the Picasso museum….. The Born also has it’s own market, Santa Catarina with it’s funky, bright coloured roof. And finally not to be forgotten is the fantastic Palau de la Musica, which is possibly the most dazzling work of modernist architecture present in Barcelona….

Great location, close to best food, shopping and pubs, and the metro was close for everything else. Quiet rooms, even though it was a very busy area. Easy to book on-line and great service/communication with staff.

AC,Elevator in August on the 3rd floor made it convient to come and go. The staff made arrangements to store our bags due to early arrival. Location is close to Metro and Taxi stands. The windows are high quality and the apartment was very quiet. The staff has good english skills. WiFi worked great. I have already friends.

Ja, de informatie op internet klopte helemaal. Alles mooi opgeknapt en ingericht, de lift was ook erg prettig. De ligging was ook erg mooi, wat je vooraf toch niet helemaal goed kan inschatten.
